The Company was incorporated in May 2005 by a group of highly experienced wellsite petroleum geoscientists for the primary purpose of attracting, selecting and providing high calibre experienced professional petroleum geoscientists, drilling engineers as well as specialized services in the areas of wellsite gas monitoring, wellsite biostratigraphy, wellsite geo-photography, environmental management and manpower training to the Nigeria and International oil and gas industry.
